Our promise of full transparency reflects on our pricing model too. With Frankly you’ll never find any surprise fees at the eleventh hour, or unpleasant surcharges at every step of the way. You only pay per shipment, no receiving fees, and minimal storage fees. With the exception of orders require extra care like kitting, bundling, or gift wrapping. But even those are communicated with you prior to onboarding, so you’re never caught by surprise.
